How can I volunteer?
Volunteer opportunities are plentiful at Liberty Tech. Below are all ways that you can help.
|
Volunteer TrainingAll Liberty Tech volunteers are expected to conduct themselves according to our cardinal virtues. As such, there are three elements to the volunteer training that need to be completed. First, read through the volunteer handbook and sign the final page acknowledging that you have read and understand all the volunteer policies. Second, complete the state approved mandated reporter training. The training can be found at the following link...
https://www.prosolutionstraining.com Once on the site you will be asked to create an account. Then you will search for the following course: Child Abuse and Neglect: Mandated Reporting Req-uirements for Employees, Volunteers, and Contractors of Georgia Public School. The course will take some time to complete and will include questions based on the training. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion. Third, make sure that you have had a background check done by your local sheriff's department. Once all three are complete, you may send the signed final page of the volunteer handbook, the certificate of completion of the mandated reporter course, and the background check to our business manager, Neva Velasquez, at neva.velasquez@libertytechcharter.org.
