Why Give?
A great disparity exists between state charter school funding and the funding of local schools. As a state charter, Liberty Tech's funding is comprised almost entirely of state funding alone. By contrast a traditional school receives both state funding and a local tax supplement. On average this results in nearly a $3,000 different in funding per student. In a school our size that is a million dollar difference in funding each year. Your giving helps close the gap in funding, providing rich opportunities for our students.

How is my giving used?
Liberty Tech prides itself on fiscal responsibility. We have operated well within our budget in both years of operation. Since we are able to operate within our budget, all giving is able to be used to enhance our educational program. Project materials, field lessons, technology, and equipment are just a few of the ways that your generosity is used to create an innovative approach to learning for our Mavericks.
