As the principal of Liberty Tech Charter School, it is an honor and privilege to watch our students learn rigorously while solving real-world problems. We are a problem-based learning school which incorporates elements of STEAM and classical learning in order for students to work towards finding solutions to relevant problems facing our societies. Our hands-on learning approach, paired with a focus on writing across the curriculum, allows our students to learn applicable information as well as critical thinking skills.
At Liberty Tech, we know and value the importance of character education. In addition to a strong academic program, our students are given the opportunity to engage in programs that aim to strengthen their personal characters. We want to enable our students to become caring and responsible individuals by teaching them how to make and act on wise decisions. For this reason, we focus on four cardinal virtues: Temperance, Prudence, Justice, and Fortitude.
We have developed into a great community here at Liberty Tech. What makes our community so great? The commitment of our amazing staff and dedicated parent volunteers who work in tandem allows us to provide our students with amazing classroom and real-world educational experiences in and out of our building.
We would love for you to come see us in person. To see first-hand the wonderful learning occurring in our building, please feel free to register for one of our Tuesday or Friday tours by calling our office at (770) 461-0005. If you would like to contact me personally, you can e-mail me at [email protected] or call me at (770) 461-0005.
